Our Mission

 

Our mission is to support and improve the educational activities of Konya Technical University; and to provide our users with the information resources they need to achieve our goal of becoming a research university, thus offering uninterrupted and high-quality service.

 

Our Vision

Our vision is to support the scientific research and studies of Konya Technical University in light of contemporary developments, and to become a technology library, a type of thematic library, along with a research library that meets national and international standards.

General Information

Our library, located within the Development Campus, opened its doors in 2020. By combining traditional library services with technological advancements, our library continuously expands its collection of both printed and electronic resources to ensure the swiftest and most efficient access to information and documents in support of the University’s educational, teaching and research activities.

Our library features: 25 private study rooms (seating a total of 101 people), an upper-floor library and reading room seating 76 people, a lower-floor library and reading room seating 84 people, 6 individual study computers (including 1 voice-enabled computer for the visually impaired), 1 catalogue search kiosk, 1 accessible lending device and 1 book scanning device.
